You know you live longer if you don't take too much proteins, don't you? The faster you grow, the faster you die.

That's probably true, but I'm not looking to extend my life as much as shorten it.

What if you eat vegan and take supplements?

Supplements(protein etc.) are generally derived from plants, so to get that animal protein(it's more effective) you have to eat meat.

When animal protein is more effective, why can't you just take MORE plant protein?
