That trophy is broken or taking your beta progress into account. You'll see that you will have unlocked the 100 Titans one pretty soon even without reaching 300 kills.
On day two I had the three trophies and didn't have 300 kills yet.

Hmm, might be broken then. I didn't play beta, and I just bought the game Sept 20th so I don't think it's the beta, but I agree something is amiss
