I just either do a sprint slide with a shotgun -> Blink Strike or double jump over the top of the buble and come down on their head with a shotty.........or I just ignore them.

But if they have an over shield, the shotgun won't do any good

Time your shot as you enter, if you do it right they will take a full shell to the head if not you die...........
