Hell yes. It was an unfinished product. Although most people that bought this game will continue to play it due to its great pvp, they will most likely not buy Bungie's next game. The unexistant storyline is inexcusable. This is Bungie we're talking about. The Halo series had one of the best If they weren't ready, they should have delayed the release. Elder Scrolls Online is doing this. A free DLC will be a good gesture for customer retention and damage control.
