Xbox One VOG Final Boss

I have a 25 Hunter and Titan that need Atheon and Atheons portal room done, I have a 29 warlock and have done the raid several times. GT: Ad Berserker. I know all mechanics, and have all Atheon guns, Epilogue, the sniper and the shotgun, a Gjallhorn, and an Ice Breaker I can put on these characters so they can do good dps.
