Agreed.
I don't know why so many people are saying that Shoulder Charge is OP. It seems that these are the players who've never used Titans before, and have the impression that Shoulder Charge is available instantly after Titans starting sprinting and will last indefinitely during the Titan's sprint.
That's just not true.
In order to use Shoulder Charge effective, you have to communicate with your team-mates or pay close attention to your radar to make calculated estimates about where opposing players are because Shoulder Charge takes time to wind up, and it only lasts for a brief window.
If the opposing player is too close to you when you start sprinting, then the Shoulder Charge will not wind up in time. And if the player is too far, then the Shoulder Charge will wear off because you've sprinted for a second too long.
Plus, Titans with Shoulder Charge are very easy to detect on radar. You can't wind up a Shoulder Charge while crouching and hiding from the radar. You have to be sprinting, which makes you appear bright red on the radars of all opposing players.
Due to the long sprint time it takes to wind up the Shoulder Charge, it's practically impossible to pull off any sneak attack with it against opposing players that are on alert and paying attention to their radar. If you did get "ambushed" from a Titan's Shoulder Charge, then you would've have to ignore your radar for at least 4 - 5 seconds.
