You really have to look at things outside of a gamer standpoint. You realize there are financial contracts and certain business models they need to follow. Even if a billion people signed your "petition" it won't change anything.
Even if a billion people signed your "petition" it won't change anything.
Didn't they say that about ME3 ending?
You really have to look at things outside of a gamer standpoint. You realize there are financial contracts and certain business models they need to follow. I entered a contract with them when they made a (false) offer for sale of a game with certain features, which I accepted, discovering after that some of those features weren't actually included. Please stop trying to explain why Bungie can't do this and that. If they can't give me what I paid for them I can't spend anymore money and will find a game that delivers what it promises.

Edited by Gabe: 10/4/2014 4:07:03 PMWhat contract did you sign? LOL "not my problem" XD just return the game. Next question.
-
It's called a bill of sale. You signed one too. Never said it was your problem. Not sure why you're answer questions for a huge corporation. Thanks for the emoticon though. That's very clever.

Edited by Gabe: 10/4/2014 4:07:39 PMI'm not answering for a corporation. I never claimed that I did. I was just using common sense and common knowledge. I used that emoticon because that was basically the face I made when I read your reply. Are you sure your in the right forum? This is a video game not a car haha I never signed a "bill of sale." I think you were duped man. That would explain why you're so upset.
-
Embarrassed for you. Just google the word contract. Have a good time with this game.
-
I know what it means XD so if we so "signed" this "contract" its not my fault you didn't read it. If you really think there was a breach of contract then sue them. Enjoy your money?
You won't win the lawsuit.
-
I do like this game so dont get me wrong. But he is right about the contract. Not so much signing one but agreeing to one. Whenever you use a bungie service you agree to there terms and services. And a bill of sale is also know as a receipt which is another type of contract.
-
Yeah but I don't think that contract said anything about them having to do what they said they would. Otherwise they would've been sued by now right?
-
Edited by klaminite: 10/5/2014 1:36:15 AMAs much as some people want to sue they just cant. We don't own the game. We just bought rights to play it. Legally we can't do anything about it.

Appreciate you trying to add something intelligent to this conversation, but apparently this isn't the place for logic or actual debate. It's just a place to make light of anyone who doesn't think settling for what ever shit they decide to pump out of Activision, is acceptable. But you can't force people to care about things that these corporate interests do to them. Instead they stand up and say, "may i have another, sir?!?". And that's why I'm here. Just trying to let DeeJ, Bungie and or Activision know that not everyone just eats their tripe and asks for seconds. There are consequences.
