heres a simple answer , report them on what ever network you play on(xboxlive/PSN). The more they are reported on that network the less likely you will be matched with them. It's not 100%.
Or bungie could create a separate playlist for solo strikes which would be better.

Report then for what? Hurting your ass? I used to hate those whom run through as well. Until I realized they were leaving all the engrams, glimmer and points for me. So let them short change themselves. Who cares?
