I've been wanting free DLC from Bungie since 2004 and Halo 2, although to no avail.
Considering the campaign on this game has had the same amount or even more content than Bungie's previous titles, I doubt they will change on their stance.
Also, especially when Activision have to pay for certification on Xbox Live DLC.

Hey in Halo 3 they gave us a map for free one day around Christmas time. I don't remember what it was called. It had Flood in frozen chambers? I don't know. It was free though lol.

Yea I remember, it was called 'cold storage'. I thought it was to celebrate Bungie day though as they brought it out for the 7/7 playlist to get that one achievement.
