I think it would be great to see Notorious Monsters that would pop on the maps. and not some short time BS like every 30mins this guy would pop but like maybe 2hr for weaker ones and 24hr pop times for stronger ones. and loot that is distinct to the mob not some random rng loot that comes from everywhere in the game. granted if you killed it its not a 100% drop but maybe like 15-30% drop rates
