I would set the Patrols to a higher difficulty everytime.
Might as well if you're gonna be roaming around anyway.

Edited by Twohothardware: 10/5/2014 6:24:49 PMI would only do it if the higher difficulty gave a better loot drop rate or more Vanguard marks. Otherwise the Patrols are beyond monotonous regardless of the level of the enemies.

That's because they're all low level. There's no threat to keep you interested in them.
