Well said, often I am way behind two noob racers as Im killing all the trash mobs. Many times I have received better gear doing this than anything after the boss loot roll. Looks like a few sheep copying others instead of being clever and seeing the bigger picture;)

  • If you actually keep up with those "noob runners" you'd find that they actually beating you out in the long run from guaranteed loot per strike and the rate in which they are finishing. While you're dismantling greens they're dismantling blues.

I kill almost every enemy up to the boss and the noobs out front never get far ahead of me. So other than the kills they do stop for that I'm not there to possibly get a drop from they aren't beating the Strike any faster than I am regardless of how much they race because they're barely out of my line of sight before I've killed all the enemies they passed.

  • If you only had facts before posting. I have just finished a Tiger Strike and early on ( whilst killing trash by myself ) I received a purple engram. It was for my class and a legendary helm. As fir the roll it gave me a mote of light. So as I said with facts, killing the mobs does have its reasons. Better gear. Isn't that why we even go into the strike in the first place?
