Disagree. RNG and I do not get along. I only do strikes so I can get marks so I can buy legendaries. I've never gotten an exotic drop from a strike and if I've ever even gotten a legendary I don't remember it.
Faster strike = Faster marks.
Faster marks = 100% sure fire way to get legendaries.
