I haven't played 72 hous and I have picked up two Legendary weapons.... this was before the patch. I just got an exotic weapon bounty and a Legendary heavy weapon post-patch. I kill whatever threatens me. I don't want something taking me out because I didn't think much of it and it got a free shot. Anything could drop anything.
