I'm talking about for pvp. And no lord high fixers abilitys are increased range when you ads and your radar stays active when ads

i was talking about pve and luck in the chamber is an upgrade i have just unlocked in it.

Your skill tree is different then mind. In PVE any hand cannon of high quality can one shot enemies

Mine is increased range when ads and my radar stays active when firing. Only exotics have the same trees.

The one you buy from a vendor doesn't have luck in the chamber. The one you find as a drop has a chance to have it but not the ads radar. The Lord high fixer is the best non exotic in the game

I wouldn't make that claim. The Devil You Know, Timur's Lash, Merciless, Fatebringer, Red Hand IX, Venatation III, The Chance, and the Jewel of Osiris could all be better in their own right

Tbh they are all vastly similar. Especially the devil you know and the Lord fixer. They are essentially the same handcannon but one has 1 extra bullet and the other has more stability (or range. I can't remember).
