Really? Blue have that much of a chance to turn into legendaries? Because if so, the RNG really f∪¢k!₦g hates me. I've decrypted over 120 blue engrams since the update and have gotten nothing, not even shards or energy.

I wouldn't look at it as "blues having that much of a chance to turn into legendaries post-patch", rather I'd look at it as "purples had that small of a chance to turn into legendaries pre-patch". Because in both cases, chances are/were slim.
