The one you buy from a vendor doesn't have luck in the chamber. The one you find as a drop has a chance to have it but not the ads radar.

I wouldn't make that claim. The Devil You Know, Timur's Lash, Merciless, Fatebringer, Red Hand IX, Venatation III, The Chance, and the Jewel of Osiris could all be better in their own right

Tbh they are all vastly similar. Especially the devil you know and the Lord fixer. They are essentially the same handcannon but one has 1 extra bullet and the other has more stability (or range. I can't remember).
