The Postmaster is the new Cryptarch! I've been saying this since the patch, lol. Postmaster is now the one trolling us, instead of the Cryptarch. The amount of Legendary mail packs that have turned into two blues for me.... ugh. Buying stuff with marks is the only guarantee. And actually getting a legendary engram, I suppose...

Well if they made all those Legendary mail packs into Legendary items, every single person would be at least level 28, possibly 29 due to the sheer amount of shards you would get.
