I skip everything that's feasibly possible to skip. Unless it's in a respawn restricted area, it's free game to skip if you can/want.
Killing some level 8 dregs or goblins is pointless if my goal is to kill a boss.
If I want to kill some level 8 guys, I'll do a patrol.

Because we can get kills and pick up materials while doing bounties. Do patrols if u want kills.
