Gratz on the hardmode win and the nice drop. Dont take it to pvp though its boring to play against ppl with this weapon, and i dont know how much fun it is for the weilder to have such a huge advantage. I like winning as much as the next guy but i want to win straight up, not because i had a better weapon.

It's not as game breaking as people are taking it to be. It is OP but deservingly so. It's almost impossibly difficult to get.

Edited by playzthegame81: 10/6/2014 6:50:01 PMI dont have any first hand exp shooting it but i have gone up against a few in pvp. If i didnt get the ninja drop on the guy using the vex myoclast, he would kill me in any head to head meetings, or anytime i fired first he would return fire and would lose those exchanges. So its broken for pvp. It either needs a range penalty or a rate of fire penalty for PVP. As is its like an scout/auto/fusion rolled into one high damage output package. It's like playing that grade school game where you punch each other in the arm to see who quits first....... but against Mike Tyson. Its so lop sided that it forces me to quit to find a competetive game.

I want to win because i had a straight up better weapon

Im sure some people feel the same way you do. I loved the first 2 halo games and the multiplayer was the best part. With an even playing field your skill is what sets you a part. Anyone who has that vex mythclast definitly earned it thats for sure, and i might even burn a few people with it in crucible if i had it too. However i would not use it as a crutch to win games. I went up against one yesterday in crucible and after 4 straight deaths to the same guy i realized you cant really compete with that gun 1 v 1. Also "I want to win because i had a straight up better weapon", doesnt that feel a bit like beating up grade school kids, or someone clearly weaker than yourself?

Yeah beating up grade school kids is the coolest lol j/k.
