I do and always have.
The point is that even 1 guarantee is better than a "chance" at nothing.
PS I am a high level player and they're not useless to me.
If you want to take 15 minutes and farm an open area, that's fine but, do it on your own time because a guarantee, especially with these %'s is always better than a chance at getting nothing.
Statistics are statistics, they don't lie...
