they should make it like diablo, so you have 2 hours to trade the item with the other fire team members then the item get bound to your account

It encourages sharing and communication, in raids when you get the same armour you can share it out to others, resources remain account bound, for god sake this should have been in from day one, it's the same company that work with blizzard, it makes sense
