You are not understanding, you are guarenteed nothing and rely on random chance to get your engrams, then go out in a mission by yourself or with friends or patrol and kill mobs by the dozen to farm them. When doing a striek people want the marks, rep, and end rewards and they want it fast, the more done the faster the more you get in the long run of it hands down.
