To where if you found one, you might feel special not be just another guy with a Suros Regime. The kind where they only make a couple 100 available.

I wouldn't say limit it to like 100 per person but just drop the percentage chance of getting it waaaayyyyy down

This is an awesome idea. Many people wouldn't think it fair, but I think it would be really cool and let people feel special when they got something rare, because right now, everything that should be exotic is just another weapon/piece of armour that everyone else already has. I'll add this to the list, thank you for your contribution!
