Anyone be willing to explain how the blue, purple and orange damage types work?
I have looked around the internet trying to find something related to this and i have found a few youtube videos but they don't really explain it very well, As far as i know they are only found on Special and heavy weapons and they only do extra damage to some enemies, but that's about all i could figure out. So if anyone is willing to explain it as best they know i would appreciate it. Sorry if this is a noob question, i kind of jumped on the destiny bandwagon a little late.

7 RepliesOrange takes down orange shields blue takes down blue shields and purple takes down purples shields its as simple as that. Some strikes such as the nightfall tell you a certain damage type does extra damage so use the corresponding weapon
