I see many people talking about soloing this Nightfall. I must be a bad Titan, because I am 29 with good gear, and I'm pretty sure I would need 100 ammo packs and 4 hours to try and do this. What is the key to the success?

If you have Atheon epilogue it do 470 per shot and it have 70 round of high rate of fire
-
Just simple strategy, can't rush it and I'm a level 27 hunter and beat it under 40mins lol
-
use high powered void sniper, if you have atheon epilogue use it to kill close ranges if you have gjallarhorn with tracking multiple projectiles, use it on sardined enemies. especially the major captains. annoying fkers i carried a level 27 all the way to the end, i died a couple of times because of my stupidity. rpg hit the wall and killed me with projectiles, but finished it TAKE IT SLOW AND GO RANGE

I got the thunderlord

Fusion rifles, Snipers, and Rocket Launchers my friend.

This week's nightfall can be done very quickly by just moving slowly and taking everything from a distance when you first see them. I've done it on all 3 of my characters. In nightfall slower is faster. It helps to know the strike so you know where the hobs and vandal snipers are.

Don't rush in =). Play like everyone will one-shot you (True this week!) Takes ages but try to run away first and come back slowly to deal with mobs one by one where possible. Lots of sniping. Make use of the burn modifiers too, though that doesn't matter much this week as they are all active.

I soloed it as a 27 warlock
-
im assuming you ran it as sunsinger with the self rez active?

Hiding under the platform behind the final boss and a decent amount of time.
-
I know that much, but passing the add choke points before the boss would be terrible.
-
Just run through everything with a sparrow or be very slow and careful in fighting scenarios.
-
use those elemental buffs to your advantage and don't stand in the open
-
Nahh, you just chill back by the entrance to the final boss.
