Why do people always make this argument? No. I've never heard of a male slut getting "high fives". Ever. Ever. They're just as hated as female sluts.

Perhaps your experience has differed, and I can't really comment on that. Edit: Internet hyperbole aside, the patterns I've observed suggest that higher promiscuity is evaluated differently based on gender.

I think part of the issue is attaching negative traits to women that are similarly commended in men based on "parts."
