Oh no, just worded it weird. Weapons of light perk just boosts your attack a bit, but you notice it the most with sniper crits. When my buddy uses his bubble my sniper at the time went from 8k to 11k with crits. But weapons of light is really only useful in pve, idk about PvP But yeah that's the closest titans get to a ranged/projectile super.
