Im not saying this to insult you, so please dont get offended, but honestly your video didn't prove anything to anyone watching it closely. You are not a bad player, but for ninety nine percent of the video you were amongst friendly high level opponents that were blasting away on the same target as you. Your bullets weren't doing a whole lot of damage as you were shooting the majority of a clip into dudes head and he didn't go down, but the others around you would wreck them. I dont know whether or not there is a big diffdrence in gear, the lowest level I played against was a 26 and there wasn't much, if any difference between us (I am lvl 28 with my legendary helm on). Please though, don't use something like that video to demand anything from bungie. Get some more concrete evidence, and if it is solid hell man, I'll scream at 'em right along side you.
