The base weapons do more damage than that. They are not scaling the damage as they do in PVE its strictly the numbers. So if you are used to getting one shot by mobs 2-3 levels above you it's not the same in Iron Banner.

Yet there is no difference... Not scaling the damage? Then how is it supposed to be based on gear? That's the point, it's not.
