Well I started a new titan, and I ran into a dreg at level ??... I unloaded heavy and everything else and got one shot killed. On the death screen it said the dreg was level 11, I was level 4. So... if seven levels of difference means I can barely put a dent in a dreg by unloaded everything I got, then this video shouldn't be possible
