I did crunch the numbers the starter rifle does 20 damage a shot and has a magaizne size of 25, and if you watch closely he crits for 28 damage. Assuming the guy has 1150 armor (what I have on my 26 warlock) it would take at least 41 shots just to pierce his armor. that means the guy would need 2 whole mags to take down one person which clearly it does not!
