Edit: just to add, I really enjoy the game and play it daily so I'm not attacking the game in any way. I just think that video is pretty incriminating that IB is not "as advertised". I'm also not very good at pvp so I've grinded a lot and have raided several times and was hoping being level 28/29 (depending on the gear I'm wearing) it'd give me a bit of a better chance.
