If you watch the video you notice his whole team is around him and shooting the same people.He is getting lucky with the last shot. Also like to add that the people he was fighting missed ALOT...they sucked in PvP. Just like Deej said...you need skill aswell. I notice i kill people alot faster in iron banner than i do on reguler crucible
