Everyone has a shield in IB.. so no they would not ever one shot you no matter what their level was or what weapon they have. That sheild has the same damage reistance no matter what level a person is. And weapons that do more than full shield do not always penetrate to do that remaining damage to the player. So does not matter if you doo 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 damage a shot. It would still take two to kill somoene.. one for the sheild and one for them.
IB was not ever about being a god and being invinclbe and not being able to be hurt at all by lower players jsut because of gear and weapons.

Sniper head shot. Do you even play pvp?

Yes, does not matter. Snipers do not beat all things in all games all teh time. This is not Halo, this is not the sniper of Halo. It will not alwasy get a kill in one and is not meant too, when they have full shield and life in this game. I have played CoD, Gears, BF, Halo so yes I do play pvp and no snipers are not meant to be simple one shot weapons that kill anything just because it was a headshot.

If they are unshielded yes. with a shield no. This is not Halo do not expect it to play like Halo.

Ok. Ya i tend to agree. I have a sniper rifle that shoots more steadily than a scout rifle and gets 1 shot headshots. Purty insane if you ask me.

I do lnow what I am talking about. as you said this is not Halo so it is not going to work like in Halo where the sniper could kill in one through the sheild. This is not CoD it is not going to work like in CoD where a sniper killed in one from chest up... snipers are not going to be a one shot kill unless they have no sheild in IB. if they have a shield it will take two even if is a head shot and that is how IB is meant to work because you must first take down the shield then kill them.

The sniper does one hit kill, reguardlesss if the victim has a shield or not, if the shot is a headshot. Fusion Rifles, Shotguns & RPGs are also OHK depending how close you are when you hit
