I find it hilarious people are trying to defend the Banner, it's pretty clear what they said. Your gear and level matters, so naturally, you would assume that he would not be able to even scratch them. He's doing typical damage for an Auto Rifle, and it's working. Regardless of how you look at it this is not at all what we were told by Bungie. A level 4 auto rifle should not be doing this well in the Banner, period.
