I noticed a difference alright, a few frames......wow, so much damage.
Look, sorry to be such a dick but this is NOT what they told us. When they said level matters, we expected something similar to like what happens when you play normally on patrol.
For example, one would expect a Scout rifle to kill most people in 2 headshots in the banner if they are say, 5 levels or so below you. And in return, it'd probably take 4 or so.
And how is it now? 3, even with a fully upgraded legendary it's 3 shots.
Explain why we should play this over normal crucible when there is literally nothing different about it.

Just stop with that crap. If they're making it such a big deal where they create a new game mode in which level matters then yes it should be less balanced.

I've said it many time...Level only determines the gear you can wear. It does not determine your skill in PvP.

By skill i mean how good you're in PvP. Also if you watch hus video he clearly has his friends close by shooting at the same enemie. Also the people he is fighting suck in general
