Anyone else having problems in crucible with people leaving during the game just bc your team has started losing especially now with iron banner. These people leave mid game, they leave when there team is losing putting you at a pretty good disadvantage and there is no penalty for doing that, yea they dont get the end game rewards but your not guaranteed any by staying and you only get iron banner rep if you win so why should these people care if there is no downside. The game becomes pretty one sided and either boring or frustrating depending on which team u are on.
