Got the Shattered Memory Fragment bounty!! [AKA: My kingdom for 7 Rare or higher Fusion Rifles]
Soooo, I got this exotic bounty and the gun [Pocket Infinity] looks f**king AWESOME, but.... I need SEVEN fusion rifles of rare or better quality to make this sh*t happen. Anyone (especially those who have done this already) got a lick of advice as to how I can make this happen since after about 4 hours of playing, I have yet to get a single fusion rifle engram.

It's all based on luck. You should keep playing The Tiger Strikes until you get lucky enough to receive what you need. You probably have a higher chance of getting them while doing this, but your chances are low still. Trust me, I finished this bounty, and it's a bit frustrating.
