did not read all, but first paragraph was enough to answer: VOG and every other level 28 or higher strikes proofes one major thing: enemies can oneshot kill you, also splash damage can kill you and enemies are great at aiming;
a level 28 or higher in pvp does not necessary have this qualities ...
