Because most of the points you were trying to make are entirely reliant on you [i]actually[/i] being a grown up and understanding how the whole process works. Quotes could be interpreted as you being 12yrs old and just trolling about things you really have no idea about.
Anyways, that is in fact a good point about having users test for you for free. They could be doing that right now for all we know, but doing a poor job communicating that to us. There is no way we will ever know their exact development/marketing/support strategies unless one of their employees is willing to break their NDA and do jail time.

If I will see a 12 yr old talking like I did i will smack him and tell him to go home and play outside the house with toy cars. Joking! but I would be impressed.

I disagree a lot of the major complaints regarding gameplay and balance have been addressed as either changed or working on being changed such as the loot cave, the auto rifle/shotty crucible meta, thorn and bad juju exotics. Obviously you can't just fix a lack of story through quick patches, that requires writing, voice acting (hopefully) and creating content to go with the story, all of which take time.
