Oh, yeah. I mean I'm not saying banner is amazing but I think the people complaining are being unreasonable in this case.
I'm of the opinion that you bring so much into PvP from pve anyways that there's basically nowhere to go

difference is that people look at what others are using less gear most of the time. I have personally looked uncommon on a lvl 17 should not out do legendary and exotic on lvl 28+
