Competitive doesn't mean what it used to, does it? Competitive implies some degree of competency. To pit my skills against yours I would want a level playing field. I want to [u]comp[/u]are how [u] comp[/u]etent we are at the game. Hectic and highly lethal I could stand behind. Lower everyone's defense and make everything bonkers. But as it stands all we have is the mythoclast which frankly belongs in banner as-is but has no place in regular crucible. There is no upward mobility from regular crucible because they already allow literally everything but a pointless level gate
