You just wasted a lot of time with a dumb response to OP. Question is justified.
Doesnt take much time to type that when you're typing speed is typically 135 WPM. Thanks for pointing out why its a dumb response though, this gaming community is clearly awesome. What should I expect though lol. If you want to roll over everything aolely based on gear and level then stick to pve or other genres of games. Taking skill out of FPS games lol, whats the point.

What should I expect though lol.
First off it is your not you're (Try typing slower) Let me try one more time. Crucible is PvP designed to allow all players (regardless of level) to compete on an even playing field. Iron Banner was (Supposedly) designed to give players of higher level/armor/weapons an advantage. It isn't about being a "God" in PvP, but most of us expected (and were promised) a noticeable difference when facing lower level players/weapons/armor. As it stands, a player can go into Iron Banner at level 4-5, with common gear, and a common weapon and still compete with 29-30 players. If you want a level playing field go to crucible. That is why it's there. We don't care about the same PvP with a different name.

Oh my, I did make a mistake. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, usually it isn't a problem for me but I was having a busy day and had a lot to do. Now I can take my time, I didn't hurt your feelings too bad by typing "you're" and not "your", did I? Apologies. Don't get me wrong, I understand that Iron Banner was made out to be more lopsided than it is. I agree that Bungie should be held accountable and keep their promises, I'm not a fan of false advertisement. My main "irritation" is reading all the comments of players saying people underleveled should be seeing "immune" when shooting them. I on the other hand would like to see Bungie put a level restriction on IB if they do make it so lopsided so that your gear will still matter but there will still be more skill based competition. Now I have pointed out that I also disagree with white weapons being able to compete with legendaries in terms of damage in IB, not sure when or to who I replied to with that. But.. to be fair, I honestly think there is no "level playing field" in Destiny PvP. It's pretty broken and balance doesn't seem to be their main focus lol, but hey... I agree with not caring about PvP with a different name.

  • It did hurt my feelings but I accept your apology. I don't think high level players should be immune to low levels. I'm curious to see what Deej says tomorrow about IB. I wish IB relied on armor and weapon damage. 1400 armor vs. 300 damage would be a 5 shot kill. Yes, low level players would be screwed, but that was the point of IB (or what we were led to believe). Even high level guys trying to use 240 damage weapons would be at a disadvantage but that was the point of IB.

  • I get where you both are coming from, there should be a difference. There should e an advantage in level because that's what they promised, but I do agree it should still rely heavily on skill. The advantage from leveling should be too big. Anyways, he was correct when using you're. You were wrong saying it should've been your :P

  • LOL Just to be clear... "You're" means "you are" That means his sentence reads: Doesnt take much time to type that when you are typing speed is typically 135 WPM. Now your reads like this: Doesnt take much time to type that when your typing speed is typically 135 WPM. I hope that clears everything up. :P Thanks for chiming in for Grammar 101

My fault, I do understand grammar, I just misread what he said at the time. I cracked my phone 2 days ago so it happens. But you are right, I read it as, "when you are typing 135 WPM."
