As a Warlock, throwing my sticky grenade at a vehicle, it bounced off and killed me. As a Titan, using Fist of Havoc at a clustered group of 4 on a Control point, I never hit the ground but passed right through it. I fell for 40 seconds before the game recognized and killed me. As a Hunter, Bladedancer ascending into the air trying to get a flying player and having them melee me (which didn't kill me) but the fall to the ground did.
