No, it shouldn't.
Sure, it should be more stat based than it is now, but if it were just they are statistic-wise, anyone under level 15 would be pointless playing Iron Banner. Think about it.

That's why the iron banner was made. To give us higher ranks and more skillful players a place to have real competition. It's one playlist out of the other 4. I don't think it would've killed anyone to do this right.

Okay skill matters. I think the point they are making is that a level 4 is killing level 20+ players with the same amount of shots as a level 26 player. Mind that he is also using the 1st weapon in the game. This simply should not occur. If it took like 3 whole clips to kill somebody but he still managed to kill everybody then that goes to show he is just better than them. Too bad that isn't the case lol
