I think it's really strange that Deej came to personally reply to this, but that he didn't bother to actually say anything. I think it's really strange that all of these negative posts are appearing on and tearing up Bungie's website and hard work, and that the response from Bungie seems to be silently sitting on its haunches. I know that there are a lot of people who post in these forums, and that Bungie has some sort of system of checks and balances that dictate what can and can't be said at any given time, but I honestly believe it would behoove Bungie to have a PR team that constantly keeps in contact with these forums in order to mitigate some of the damage that is being dealt to Bungie's reputation. Right now a proverbial firestorm is building over all of the mistakes and holes in this game. A lot of people are beginning to throw around words like "liars" and "thieves". There is no one to represent Bungie except for Deej, and he keeps making himself look like a -blam!-up by posting quotes from the deleted scenes of "The Forbidden Kingdom" without giving any information or feedback on the things that people are upset about. The only time he actually makes meaningful posts is the weekly update, and that is excessively infrequent for a game that has been out for so few weeks and is so riddled with problems and perceived problems that it makes a cheese grater look watertight. I think a group of Bungie staff members speaking directly to the community would be a justifiable and beneficial use of money, time, and energy. tldr; Bungie needs a group of PR reps to address angry people on their website and quell the fears and frustrations of players.
