Just a few things...
1.He's getting 23 damage on headshots. My Suros Regime does at least 45 damage per headshot, which is almost double. A few bullets would make a huge K/D difference.
2. The OP mainly plays smart, staying in the background. On one-on-one's you notice his health drop incredibly fast.
3. There is a noticeable difference in IB, but I agree with most people that it's too small. Level 4's definitely should get owned in this type of event, especially because of how it was advertised.

Also Suros has a higher impact then the m4 which allows for higher output. I have 2 Suros regime. Ones fully upgrade and does 45 to head. One is not upgraded and does 45 to the head

The point is you should be doing 450 per headshot and he should still be doing 23 damage per headshot if Iron Banner were working correctly.

Suros has more impact and gets a further impact boost when you zoom in. You can see the same thing with any other gun that has the "increased damage but fire slower while ADS." It seems to be a +50% damage boost but fire ~50% slower (so same DPS but but better ammo control), or at least this was what I saw when I tested it with two Shingen-Es.

the discrepancy of his rifle to your Suros is most likely attributed strictly to the impact being higher of the Suros, not the attack rating which should have a major effect in IB.

your being quite reasonable and tend to agree, the way they presented it is the main issue.
