Leaving it up to a forum post to form a fireteam of possibly very unreliable people who more than likely wouldn't even show up in the time given, and on top of that idk how they play so they could suck for all I know and we keep losing. Yeah that sounds like a great idea. Why is it so hard for you to think giving the top 1 or 2 people on the losing team 5 rep towards the IB is a decent idea?
