[b]Update:[/b] and just as i suspected. the destiny fanboys top 10 are all full of FPS and just plain bad and corny games. some people really surprised me by not having many shooters at all in their lists but still having destiny
You guys should really either expand your gaming selections, or play SOMETHING other than a shooter...
I think you'd find there are MUCH better games out there as long as you're willing to go outside your comfort zone.

I used to play some MMO's online for a good couple years 3-4. Last console I had was a DSI ~ So now starting back up with an Xbox One, Destiny is one of my favorite games by far

In no particular order: World of Warcraft. Zelda: A Link to the Past Mario Kart GoldenEye BioShock Skyrim Mass Effect The Witcher X-COM: Enemy Unknown Most of those are up there for nostalgia reasons. I couldn't go back and play them now. I could have mentioned many, many more, such as FF7 and, although I hate to admit it; Pokémon, but I'd be here all day. Destiny is an awesome game. It's certainly right up there on the FPS list, but it has a long way to go.

Top 10 (in no particular order): Dust: an Elysian Tail (Not much replay value, but BEAUTIFUL game) Skyrim (still play it now) Monster Hunter series (3 ultimate currently) Lenged of Zelda: Twilight Princess Metroid Prime: Echos Dragon's Dogma Morrowind Halo 3 (Ah, memories...) This does not say "Video" games, so I'm putting Dungeons and Dragons in this last spot. 5E most likely. Destiny, despite its flaws, is within my top twenty five, I suppose. I have hope for its future, after all.

I base my favorite games on time played Diablo 2 (duh) Quake 3 arena( I played demo version with friends for years.. Only had 3 maps) mechanics of game were great to me. Pokemon red and blue( kid fav) Mk 3 ultimate Resident evil 1st one MW 2( last cod game worth anything) GoldenEye 64 Bf 2 and 3.. 4 is a remake of 3 Guild wars Those are the only games that really stole my soul, I can say however destiny is great, and is on the same track for me imo. Haven't played nearly as much as those games. Favorite new gen game I've played, and there isn't a new game coming out that interest me anytime soon.

Destiny is my new favorite shooter. It's up there with Halo CE and Halo 3.

Mario Kart (does it matter what Nintendo system?) Fable 2 (Xbox Original) Halo 3 (Xbox 360) Pokemon Yellow (GBC) Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (GameCube) Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (3DS) Basically a Link to the Past with 3D fx PS The only reason there aren't more of the Halo series is because it would take up too much space and I wanted more than a bunch of Halo games on my list

Edit: I cant believe how I missed the greatest FPS of all time, Counter-Strike. I'll put Destiny at #11 on my list.

Destiny is reserved as that one game that I continue to play even though it lacks everything that entertains me as a player (in-game world building, character diversity, story, exploration, choices affecting things). But I am obsessed with it. I'm addicted to how tight the the gunplay and movements are with a fairly wide world to roam. Someone tell me how to stop playing this game!

It is a fun game, but way to premature to put it in a "top list", it's been out a month. Do yourselves a favor and try some of the game in people top 10's.
